Description

Are you a multitasker with great communication skills and experience in the insurance industry? If so, we're looking for an individual with your talent who thrives in a customer-centric role! Robert Half is seeking a Customer Care Representative for a position that supports individuals through their leave process.

Responsibilities:

Process disability payments for individuals on sick leave to ensure timely support.

Handle email and fax correspondence with doctors and employers to facilitate leave paperwork.

Proactively contact doctors and employers to confirm when individuals can return to work.

Respond to calls from employees to initiate paperwork for their leave of absence.

Occasionally make calls to doctors to clarify or retrieve information.

Requirements

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing processes.

Occasionally available for outbound calls to doctors or employers for follow-up purposes.

A willingness to learn and collaborate with team members to optimize customer care practices.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) for document handling and communication tasks
