Entry Level Call Center Representative (Onsite - $17)

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

?? Answer billing questions

?? Offer payment options or set up arrangements

?? Document interactions in the system

?? Answer 40-50 inbound calls day and place 90+ calls daily

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of customer service

Basic computer & math skills

Reliable and professional

Schedule:

Mon-Fri - 8:30-5 for training and then M-F 9:30-6pm

1 Saturday/month (rotating)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
