Site Administrative Assistant

CTG is seeking to fill a Administrative Assistant opening for our client in Alpharetta, GA.

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: 6 months

Duties:

Complete and manage work order requests

Handle room setup requests and follow up to ensure arrangements are completed

Process FedEx shipments and maintain accurate shipment logs

Order, organize, and maintain inventory of office supplies as requested

Manage room reservations and ensure proper setup for meetings and events

Assist in event management including planning, coordination, setup, and support

Manage food and catering requests including setup and cleanup for meetings/events; place and track orders, ensure on-time delivery/pickup

Process additional supply requests (paper products, utensils, etc.)

Create and submit monthly expense reports using Concur, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Maintain and update all Supply Chain distribution lists by adding/removing employees as needed

Maintain and update office floor plans to reflect current seating arrangements

Create and manage name plates for new hires and remove name plates for employees who have exited

Provide backfill support for local administrative assistant as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Motivated to learn new skills and take ownership of projects

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

Experience:

Experience in event or meeting management

Prior administrative support experience

Familiarity with office management procedures and task prioritization

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
