Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Apopka, Florida. This is a Contract-to-permanent position that requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring professionalism to every task.

Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve concerns.

Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Process incoming payments and maintain accurate financial records.

Collaborate with the team to ensure daily administrative tasks are completed.

Maintain a well-organized workspace and adhere to company policies, including casual dress code and closed-toed shoes.

Assist with other administrative duties as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in managing email correspondence and handling calls.

Familiarity with processing payments and maintaining financial records.

Ability to work onsite in Apopka, Florida.

Comfortable with animals on-site

Commitment to adhering to company dress code and safety standards.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
