Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Howell, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions and supporting residents in an affordable housing community. This is a long-term contract position that offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, prospective renters, and current residents with professionalism and warmth.

Provide accurate and timely information to residents and potential renters.

Manage filing systems and maintain organized records for property-related documentation.

Coordinate office supplies and maintain an orderly workspace.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to address and manage resident work orders.

Maintain and update the waitlist, sending correspondence as needed.

Conduct regular property tours to ensure cleanliness, attractiveness, and proper maintenance.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team. Requirements - Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities or business needs.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus.

Prior experience in leasing, administrative roles, or customer service preferred. TalentMatch®
