Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Fridays 11am-4pm and Saturdays 6:30am-11:30am

The basics of working in this position include:

answer and screen telephone calls and greet the general public

sort and file bills, receipts, incoming mail and a variety of documents

use a word processing system to prepare routine orders

maintain operational records

operate office equipment

verify information on forms

1+ years of experience in general office clerical work

Knowledge of office procedures and practices, including filing methods and preparation of business reports

Ability to perform with accuracy and speed with typing, quickly learning, and operate office equipment
