Qualifications:?

??

Valid Driver's License/acceptable driving record??

At least 5 years of proven, on-the-job residential carpentry and remodeling experience REQUIRED??

High school diploma or GED equivalent??

Must be able to pass a drug screen and an extensive criminal background check (No Felonies or Major Misdemeanors)??

Reside within a 30-mile radius of the Swartz office in Lima, OH??

The knowledge and skills to perform all aspects of residential carpentry processes.???

A strong working knowledge of carpentry principles, building materials and construction processes from foundation to finish.??

Demonstrate a professional appearance and attitude??

Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment??

Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends in emergency situations??

Physical stamina to handle prolonged standing, bending, and lifting??

Key Responsibilities/Duties:??

?

Perform carpentry duties effectively & efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of workmanship??

Perform multiple carpentry tasks: drywall (hanging & finishing), interior trim, tile, cabinetry installation, siding, window & door installation, framing, flooring, painting, light plumbing & electrical, etc.??

Follow the scope of work for the project, communicate any issues/changes to the project manager???

ON-CALL responsibilities 1 week per month to respond to after-hours/weekend emergency calls???

Produce quality work that consistently meets the company's standards and expectations??

Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow the established safety rules??

Adhere to company policies and procedures??
