As the Associate Manager for Alliances Marketing, you will lead the development and implementation of always-on marketing initiatives for IHG alliance partners. You will serve as the primary contact with internal and external partners for related projects and will partner with analytics to optimize all available channels and make tactical recommendations to meet objectives.?
Your day to day?
Coordinate the development and implementation of always-on marketing initiatives for our IHG alliance partners, ensuring effective/efficient use of all available channels, including but not limited to e-mail, websites, app, paid media, and CRO.
Manage day-to-day relationship with IHG alliance partner(s) and ensure delivery of marketing campaigns to meet forecasted goals.
Work with internal teams to develop specifications for each initiative, including but not limited to selection of target audience, creative approach, offer/ incentive and production details; present materials/recommendations to the Manager for approval; implement approved initiatives.
Ensure each campaign/initiative has proper controls in place for accurate measurement and analysis; present results and recommendations for next iteration to Manager and alliance partner(s).
Support manager with other marketing projects as necessary.
What we need from you
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work.
2 to 4 years progressive work-related experience in a corporate marketing environment with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position including experience with internal and external communications and creative development.
Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
Experience working with external partners or clients is a plus.
Location -Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. ?This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.???
The salary range for this role is $46,226 to $70,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. ?We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.??
