POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Finance Co-Pilot plays a crucial role in driving profitable growth for the Pharma brands at Nestlé Health Science by overseeing PFME control, month-end close, and dynamic forecasting. This position collaborates closely with the Director of Finance - Pharma to provide strategic financial guidance to the Pharma team.
This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the monthly DF (Dynamic Forecasting) process by uploading revised volume and gross to net (as well as any other applicable P&L line) forecasts, generate the revised P&L and provide input for difference analysis (revised DF vs prior DF), follow-up as necessary with other Finance teams for changes in GPS, COGS, FFOH/DEP, PRO, VDE/FDE, PFME, MOGE assumptions
Be the primary owner of the DF process, ensure accuracy and knowledge of P&L drivers, supporting yearly target achievement. Be the lead for Pricing reconciliation and analysis, perform customer data analysis and verification
Build P&L by brand and by customer
Support the month-end close process, including reviewing non-MOGE cost centers for accurate cost reporting, managing journal entries, and addressing action items from the Close Monthly Meeting
Finance lead for the product innovation / renovation (I2L) projects. This will include preparing P&L scenarios (volume, pricing, COGS, other costs), participate in project meetings to provide guidance on optimizing time and funds for maximum product returns
Cost center management for sale force & external costs ,cost centers (PFME). This will include monthly cost center reviews for month end close, accruals, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting. Assist cost center managers with questions as needed. Bonus monthly accrual and management
Provide support in creating financial reports and presentations for monthly reporting, forecasting cycles, and key meetings such as the Dynamic Forecast Alignment and Commercial Meetings
Assist as needed on other Finance topics or projects, ad-hoc analysis and cross functional support to Marketing, Sales, Operations and other areas of NHSc US
Support yearly MBS (Market Business Strategy) and ICP (Integrated Commercial Planning) cycles, as well support Finance Director with quarterly QBR preparation
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
MBA or CPA preferred
5+ years' experience in financial analysis
Experience using SAP
Excellent Excel Skills
3+ years of pharma industry experience preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000- $145,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
