As a Key Account Manager, you will be a central figure in managing and expanding relationships with our national clients. You'll develop account strategies, collaborate across departments, and ensure our solutions align with customer goals. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet growth and retention targets

Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction

Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions

Lead RFQ and pricing processes, ensuring competitive and compelling proposals

Monitor account performance metrics and take proactive steps to address gaps

Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in CRM systems

Share insights and best practices with regional and global account teams

Demonstrate a strong hunter sales mindset by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs through disciplined execution and follow-through

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in key account management within freight forwarding sales

Strong understanding of domestic logistics and supply chain operations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships

Proven track record of new business development and sales success
