Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Night Shift Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Night Shift Warehouse Lead

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour for night shift

Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30PM-7:00AM

What's the Job?

Support the management of the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision.

Direct warehouse personnel as necessary and perform all warehouse functions effectively.

Unload incoming inventory from trucks and stock inventory into shelf locations.

Ensure all orders released for shipment are filled on time and maintain product quality.

Train new employees and coordinate returns with the Purchasing and Quality Control departments.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

3 to 5 years of warehouse experience and certified forklift driver.

Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and MS Word and Excel.

Experience in leading a team and communicating closely with management.

Ability to work in a quick-paced production environment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
