Description

We are looking for a Entry-Level Recruiter to join our team in Hillsborough, North Carolina. This is a contract position that requires expertise in recruitment processes and tools to support our talent acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing applicant tracking systems, conducting background checks, and utilizing HR technologies to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines effectively.

Perform background checks to ensure compliance with hiring standards.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Leverage CRM tools to maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience.

Manage job postings on platforms such as Careerbuilder to attract candidates with relevant experience.

Conduct benefit functions discussions with candidates to address inquiries and provide clarity.

Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of recruitment activities within HR systems.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and align hiring goals.

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, including full-cycle hiring processes.

Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms such as Careerbuilder.

Strong ability to conduct background checks and ensure compliance.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with candidates and internal teams.

Knowledge of benefit functions and ability to address candidate inquiries.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing recruitment documentation.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a focus on achieving hiring objectives.
