As F&B Supervisor, you\'ll help oversee the daily restaurant and in-room dining operations while supporting a culture of excellence, creativity, and guest delight. Recognized as one of Milwaukee\'s most esteemed hotels, Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel offers a modern luxury experience infused with artistic flair. Situated in Milwaukee\'s vibrant Theater District, the hotel serves as a creative hub where music, design, food, and performance art intersect to create something truly unique. As part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, we engage a wide range of guests from theatergoers to culinary adventurers. What You\'ll Be Doing: Supervise and support daily front-of-house operations in ARIA and in-room dining. Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching and training to ensure top-tier service. Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed and that the restaurant is guest-ready at all times. Assist with scheduling, floor coverage, and performance feedback. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams for seamless private dining and event execution. Uphold Saint Kate\'s brand standards and inspire a culture of hospitality and creativity. What We\'re Looking For: Prior experience in food and beverage or restaurant supervision required. A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and building team morale. POS and reservation system experience preferred (OpenTable, Micros). Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
