Administrative Assistant - Sales/Marketing

Mon-Fri 8-5

Starting Pay: $15/hr

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as a member of the Inside Sales Team (Customer Service).

Assist the Inside Sales Team to obtain new customers for the company through targeted direct marketing efforts.

Assist the Inside Sales Team to establish and maintain healthy relationships with established customers that will maximize opportunities for repeat business.

Provide backup for Inside Sales Team in assisting walk-in customers, directing telephone calls, etc. as required.

Serve as lead worker in developing and maintaining functionality of company website as an effective marketing tool.

Utilize analytical tools to evaluate and insure functionality of the company website.

Provide user training and assistance in using the company website.

Assist in design and production of marketing materials in conjunction with management, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to include Constant Contact, eBay Stores and social media

Assisting Finance and Admin manager with clerical and accounting duties

Secondary tasks will involve:

Running errands to pick up office related items

Helping management with administrative tasks

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge of ERP software programs a plus (Oracle Netsuite)

Knowledge of Microsoft O ice programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Knowledge of Constant Contact or similar and eBay

Experience with general accounting procedures

Working Conditions

The work environment is in an office of a manufacturing facility

Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.

Requires the use of computers, telephone system, digital camera.
