Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$20 - $25 per hour

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders to vendors while assisting the Pricing and Expediting teams.

Contacting vendors via phone and/or email for updated shipping schedules and validating purchase orders.

Researching aging Purchase Orders and updating pricing in the FW Webb ERP system.

Assisting with the resolution of various Accounts Payable debits/credits issues.

Supporting occasional events hosted by FW Webb and providing backup for vacation and absences.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have strong PC/data entry skills and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, particularly with VLOOKUP.

Possess a solid background in utilizing CRM platforms and have Accounts Payable experience preferred.

Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while being detail-oriented and capable of effectively prioritizing your workload.

Can work proficiently and professionally with minimal supervision and seamlessly transition between tasks.
