Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Tulsa, Oklahoma ! This role is in person / on site at an outpatient clinic. Please read below and reply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Permanent Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist Assistant:

· Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.

· Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the supervising therapist.

· Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist.

· Educate patients and their families on exercises, care plans, and discharge instructions.

· Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes in compliance with clinic policies.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

· Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures within the clinic environment.

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

· Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

· Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and physical therapy practices.

· Experience in acute care, orthopedics, or outpatient settings is preferred.

· Familiarity with discharge planning processes and care plan development.

· Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

· Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
