Legal non-profit is seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in Redwood City, California! This Administrative Assistant will support a legal referral program with front office and back office responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and administrative support and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. This position requires full-time on-site work in Redwood City, CA and you must be bilingual in English and Spanish to be considered.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing inbound calls professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain organized records.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other events.

Manage correspondence and distribute information to relevant parties.

Provide empathetic and high-quality customer service to all stakeholders.

Assist with general administrative duties to support daily operations.

Handle bilingual communication in Spanish to effectively assist a broader client base.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish to be considered.

Proficiency in answering calls and managing email correspondence.

Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Ability to manage schedules and coordinate appointments effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
