Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join our team in Gardena, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position within the non-profit industry, offering an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to parents, providers, and both internal and external teams.

Support fiscal operations by conducting research, preparing documentation, and managing spreadsheets for garnishment processing.

Assist in processing, printing, mailing, and responding to inquiries related to provider payments.

Handle provider payment-related calls, including check verifications, through the calling queue.

Update and maintain provider files in the internal database, including monthly union dues management.

Collaborate with fiscal staff on special projects and assignments as needed.

Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

Stay organized and maintain accurate records in accordance with contractual obligations and departmental standards.

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.

Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence.

Competency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. TalentMatch®
