Job Overview:

Looking for Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow. In this role you will serve as a key point of contact for patients and clinical staff.

Qualifications:

Required:

Experience in an Administrative Role or willingness to learn

Strong Computer Skills,

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage tasks and maintain patients record

Preferred:

Previous Administrative experience in Dialysis

Scheduling Requirements:

Shift- 8:00am 4:30pm

Monday-Friday

Full Time/Day

Essential Functions:

Greet and check in patients.

Schedule and Confirm dialysis appointments

Maintain and organize patient records

Answer phones, take messages and respond to inquiries.

Coordinate communication between medical staff and patients
