Description We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fairfield, Ohio. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills to support various administrative and customer service tasks. As this is a long-term contract position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries promptly.

Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.

Manage incoming mail, distribute faxes, and direct visitors to appropriate personnel.

Maintain accurate records and perform ad hoc financial tasks as required.

Lead special projects and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Prepare and process word documents with attention to detail and accuracy.

Support communication efforts by participating in conference calls and distributing information effectively.

Handle filing and other organizational duties to ensure a streamlined workflow.

Assist in scheduling and calendar management for team members.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by addressing administrative needs onsite. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.

Strong ability to answer inbound calls and manage scheduling effectively.

Proficiency in word processing and record-keeping tasks.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to coordinate meetings and manage communication efforts.

Experience in handling mail distribution, filing, and visitor management.

Capable of leading special projects independently.
