Job Title: Superintendent of ConstructionJob Description

As a Plumbing Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial projects, overseeing their construction and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

Supervise craft in a self-perform environment.

Manage subcontractors and ensure project size exceeds $5 million.

Monitor production and control costs effectively.

Facilitate management controls such as schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety during project execution.

Essential Skills

5 years of experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction with a background in plumbing and advanced plumbing systems.

Construction management and mechanical expertise.

Experience with HVAC systems, piping systems, and plumbing.

OSHA 30 certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Past personal experience as a crafts person in the mechanical trades.

Previous or current professional licensing is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
