Must Have Qualifications:

3+ years of accounting experience from the manufacturing industry

Strong MS Excel and ERP experience

Eagerness to learn and grow with an organization

Job Description:

Partner with Business Units to develop and deliver management reports and ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Monitor and analyze production costs, including direct materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead.

Prepare and review detailed cost reports, product costing, and variance analyses to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard cost systems.

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.

Ensure adherence to internal policies and external accounting standards related to cost accounting practices.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.

Conduct inventory valuation, reconciliation, and related reporting.

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, focusing on cost accounting activities.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all cost-related transactions and procedures.

Serve as the primary coordinator for periodic forecasting and the preparation of the annual financial plan.

Conduct needs assessments and document current and future state business processes to support continuous improvement.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
