Responsibilities:
Drive priorities and business decisions with a customer-first mindset, ensuring exceptional service and performance

Utilize analytics and technology to drive improved business results and efficiency
Review and execute customer strategies to foster, retain, and grow relationships and accounts
Champion employee development through coaching, feedback, mentoring, and training
Foster a diverse and inclusive environment where all employees thrive
Embrace and lead change management initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and reinforcement
Oversee annual budgeting, expense management, and maximize cash flow with internal resources and execute to those plans
Strategize and deploy resources for business opportunities and daily service delivery
Build and leverage internal relationships to ensure collaboration, quality, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace conduct standards, and manage audits and process changes as needed
Manage space, technology, and business continuity plans for multiple C.H. Robinson offices, as applicable
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 7 years logistics industry experience
Minimum 3 years of people management experience
Minimum 2 years' experience of business development in food, restaurant or retail preferred
Ability to travel up to 30%

Demonstrated success generating revenue or business growth

Effective and flexible communication skills, including proficiency presenting to both internal and external senior leadership level audiences
Demonstrated collaboration, influence, relationship building, and negotiation skills

Compensation Range
$111,300.00 - $246,800.00

Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
