Job Title: STCAJob Description

This entry-level position is responsible for maintaining vehicle information and moving cars within a parking lot.

Responsibilities

Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory.

Ensure each vehicle is inspected for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns.

Operate company-owned vehicles on company property.

Drive cars to different spots within the parking lot.

Perform iPad car updates.

Clean the inside and outside of the vehicles.

Take iPad car pictures and upload data into the system.

Essential Skills

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Team player with an understanding of the value of teamwork.

Ability to stand for long periods.

Ability to walk around a parking lot.

Excellent communication skills.

Customer service oriented.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Sense of humor and a passion for the customer experience.

Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.

2+ years of customer-facing experience.

Heightened sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.

Work Environment

The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor conditions for extended periods and may involve exposure to inclement weather. The culture emphasizes strong communication, brand ambassadorship, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Employees enjoy a fast-paced environment with opportunities for recreational activities like ping pong and corn hole tournaments. Hours and pay rate vary based on location.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.50/hr.
