Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Worker where you will operate an insulation lamination machine and learn to use the control panel efficiently.

You will be trained to use the machine within a week or two and work on bagging and pulling off finished rolls of insulation, palletizing them, or helping load them into trucks.

You may also assist in feeding product into the machine and loading/unloading trucks.

Additionally, you might help with cutting rolls to custom length using the band saw.

Responsibilities

Operate and learn to control an insulation lamination machine.

Bag and palletize finished rolls of insulation.

Assist in loading and unloading trucks.

Feed products into the machine.

Help out on the band saw for custom cuts.

Participate in making and pulling between 250-300 rolls daily.

Essential Skills

Material handling

General production experience

Reliable attendance

Team-player mentality

Experience in production or warehouse settings

Forklift operation

Packing and inventory management

Loading and unloading

Saw operation

RF scanner operation

Shipping experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Background in manufacturing or warehouse work

Ability to lift 60-75 lbs repetitively, occasionally up to 100 lbs

Flexibility and willingness to work at different stations

Strong teamwork and reliable attendance

Work Environment

Work in a specialized environment distributing customized insulation for metal buildings and pole barns, often used for cold storage.

Join a smaller team of roughly 10 people and be comfortable working around fiberglass insulation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
