Main Responsibilities:

Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation and reconciliation.

Maintain and reconcile bank and general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data

Assist in the preparation of sales and use tax returns & financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Provide support during internal and external audits, including gathering documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the finance department.

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related

MBA, MS, or CPA is a plus

1-3+ years of experience within public accounting or similar accounting experience within a multi-entity corporation

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
