We are seeking a strategic and experienced Partner Senior Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of a strategic marketing plan with AWS, driving marketing initiatives that enhance our robust partner ecosystem and accelerate mutual growth opportunities. This role will be instrumental in supporting Pega's go-to-market strategy, serving as the primary marketing orchestrator for AWS partnership marketing activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between Pega and AWS teams to maximize pipeline generation, campaign effectiveness, and market penetration.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing Pega as a preferred AWS partner across multiple industry verticals and solution areas.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Strategic Partnership Marketing
Execute against the joint GTM strategies across AWS's Build, Market, and Sell motions in alignment with the Strategic Collaboration Agreement
Coordinate with AWS Global Alliance teams, AWS Industry and Solution Leaders, Pega's partner ecosystem and regional field teams (EMEA, APJ&I and the Americas) to identify, develop and deliver targeted joint marketing campaigns to clients and prospects
Support the development and execution of co-selling sprints through relevant marketing
Marketing Asset Development & Management
Design and implement joint marketing campaigns that align Pega's brand with AWS to build mindshare in key offerings
Collaborate with AWS marketing teams on co-authored technical blogs, thought leadership pieces, and AWS website content, in addition to managing AWS partner presence on pega.com
Coordinate participation in AWS-led marketing initiatives including Generative AI Executive Video Recording Series and startup-specific campaigns
Develop Pega-led targeted campaigns with AWS support for specific solutions including vertical industry solutions
Lead the creation of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and co-marketing assets for Pega's partner sales teams in relation to our partnership with AWS
Oversee Partner Marketing Development Funds (MDF) allocation and utilization to maximize campaign effectiveness
Event & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute client events, webinars and digital marketing campaigns that showcase our partnership with AWS - including our presence at AWS Re:Invent
Coordinate exclusive sponsorship opportunities for Pega events, including our flagship conference PegaWorld and regional client events
Develop and manage social media strategies, press releases, and other marketing communications that align with Pega's branding guidelines
Partner Relationship Management and Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as the primary marketing lead for AWS both with AWS and within Pega
Work closely with the dedicated AWS Campaign Manager to define, build, and track campaign performance and reporting across Pega and AWS platforms
Partner with our Partner ecosystem, Marketing function and AWS to deliver successful programs, campaigns and events jointly with AWS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and partner success metrics
Performance Management and Reporting
Track and report against joint GTM scorecard KPIs including opportunity registration, marketplace performance, and demand generation leads
Monitor and analyze partner marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and to optimize future partnership investments
Provide quarterly progress reports to executive leadership and AWS counterparts
Who You Are:
Professional Experience
You possess 7+ years of partner marketing experience, preferably with hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
You have a proven track record managing complex B2B marketing campaigns and co-sell programs
You demonstrate experience with enterprise software sales cycles and technical solution marketing
You have a background in multi-channel B2B marketing teams within enterprise software/SaaS environments
Technical & Strategic Skills
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS ecosystems and partner marketing strategies
Excellent project management capabilities with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
Core Competencies
Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions
Analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement and ROI analysis

What You've Accomplished:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience with low-code platforms, AI-powered solutions, or workflow automation technologies
Previous experience working with ISV partnerships or technology alliance programs
Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles and B2B customer journey mapping
