Core Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers to maintain high-quality sourcing and cost-efficiency.
Order Processing: Manage purchase orders, approvals, and fulfillment activities using SAP software.
Inventory Oversight: Track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prevent shortages.
Cost Analysis: Evaluate suppliers' proposals and monitor purchasing trends to implement cost-saving strategies.
Compliance: Ensure purchasing practices align with company policies and comply with regulatory standards.
Reporting: Prepare accurate purchasing and inventory reports to support decision-making processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments, such as accounting, logistics, and operations, to optimize procurement workflows.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week-work Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts, and have Fridays off for added work-life balance.
Compensation: Up to $65,000 annually. This role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proficiency in SAP software or similar ERP systems.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
