Position: Technical Program Manager - AI & Digital Delivery Overview: Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional AI and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong delivery experience in Agile or Hybrid environments and thrives in fast-paced, matrixed organizations. Must-Haves: 3-5 years of program/project management experience in digital/e-commerce, supply chain, merchandising, or operations 2-3 years of Agile or Hybrid delivery experience Solid understanding of AI technologies, data processing, the AI lifecycle, SQL, and cloud-based systems Proven ability to manage project fundamentals: estimation, planning, resource allocation, risk/change/release management Hands-on experience delivering full software development lifecycles from concept to launch Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple product managers and BAs Comfortable working under tight deadlines in high-pressure environments Nice-to-Haves: Background in Generative AI, Vector DB, or RAG implementation 5+ years of experience in digital/technology program management Financial forecasting and budget management experience across multiple projects Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams (tech, product, design, analytics) Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Passion for AI innovation and staying current with industry trends.Interested candidates may submit their resumes online or call at 310-906-4780 for further information regarding the position.
