Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in managing office suites and calendars.

Responsibilities

Utilize effective communication skills to assist vendors, clients, colleagues and callers (phone).

Ensure organizational tasks are completed with attention to detail and accuracy.

Apply problem-solving abilities to address any office-related issues.

Manage office suites and calendar scheduling efficiently.

Receive orders and organize equipment.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Ability to take initiative and personal responsibility with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

The work environment is supportive and team-oriented, fostering personal responsibility and initiative. The dress code is business casual, and employees are expected to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
