Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a long-term contract position that requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer interactions efficiently in the financial/banking industry. The ideal candidate will excel in providing top-notch support and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.

Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and offering solutions.

Manage and update customer data in company systems through efficient data entry.

Schedule appointments and handle order entries as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.

Use Microsoft Excel and Word to document and organize relevant information.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions.

Requirements - Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to schedule appointments and manage order entries.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
