Medical Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Medical Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients and their families from the moment they walk through our doors.

Location: Onsite - Little Elm, TX

Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm

Pay Rate: $19/HR

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for providers

Verify insurance and collect co-pays

Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR)

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately

Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient flow and care delivery

Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

Must have 1+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting (pediatrics is preferred)

Must have an active MA Certification

Proficient in EMR systems and MS Office

Bilingual in Spanish - plus, not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
