St. John's Community Health , a trusted name in community-based care, is seeking a skilled PRN Family Nurse Practitioner to support our Family Practice team in Los Angeles, CA .

Compensation: $80-$90/hour (DOE)

What You'll Do:

Conduct comprehensive physical exams and preventive care

Review medical histories and order/interpret diagnostic tests

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Utilize our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for documentation

Provide compassionate care across a diverse patient population

What You Bring:

NP Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Current CA Medical License & DEA Certificate (required)

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within one year of training completion)

Current CPR/BLS Certification

Minimum of 4 years of NP experience , preferably in family or community health

Strong clinical judgment, cultural sensitivity, and a heart for service
