Position Summary: With the direction of the Nurse Manager, and in collaboration with other members of the Patient Care Team, Nursing Assistantsassistwith the direct day-to-day care of patients and families. Performs a variety of non-patient care duties. Responsible for providing andmaintainingpositive interactions with every patient/family/visitor theyencounter.? Provides care specific toagesand development needs of patients, adults, geriatric, and adolescents. Minimum Qualifications: Required:High School Diploma or GED. Graduateofa Nursing Assistant Program or equivalent experience; or will provide on-the-job education and training-basic Life Support oracquiredwithin the introductory period. Preferred:One-year acute care setting.
