Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of Salesforce roadmap projects. This role is responsible for end-to-end project management, including delivery oversight, capacity planning, stakeholder communication, and change management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Salesforce configuration experience and a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide delivery oversight, capacity management, and project reporting to the steering committee.
Lead project documentation, requirements gathering, scope definition, and roadmap delivery.
Manage prioritization, change planning, and release management.
Create and distribute release notes, end-user training materials, and feature updates.
Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify optimal business solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce change management best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, architecture, and security model.
Experience in Salesforce change management processes and tools.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, and AppExchange solutions.
Background in CRM strategy or digital transformation initiatives.

Salary Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000 / year.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
