Inventory Control Supervisor
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor for Pilgrim's that reports onsite to the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of approximately five on-site Inventory Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Oversee daily operations at third-party warehouses, including coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, appointment scheduling, export break-bulk handling, and container load management.
Monitor and manage warehouse capacity to ensure alignment with plant production and shipping needs; set up new vendors as required to meet demand.
Ensure all warehouses follow established procedures for product handling, inventory accuracy, and safety standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze supply chain costs and determine optimal warehouse placement to support shipping requirements and drive cost efficiency.
Review, validate, and approve weekly charges from third-party warehouses.
Generate and audit weekly reports on open shipments from third-party warehouses; resolve discrepancies as needed.
Perform daily inventory adjustments and reconcile variances to maintain data integrity.
Investigate, manage, and resolve claims with third-party vendors from initiation through resolution, including documentation and recovery.
Lead and support continuous improvement projects in collaboration with plant teams and external warehouse partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse receivers, making real-time decisions and addressing issues promptly.
Conduct annual site visits and freezer audits at third-party cold storage facilities to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Own the cold storage claims recovery process, ensuring timely resolution and accountability.

Qualifications:
General analytical, problem solving, and process driven
Detail oriented and extremely motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well independently as a member of a team
High phone usage and email volume, must be organized and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
This position is on call and responsible for responding to e-mails and occasional phone calls after hours
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $58,000-$70,000;
Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
