Machine Operator Wanted!

3:30PM-2:15pm (Monday-Thursday) $24/hr Weekly Pay!

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery. You'll ensure the seamless and efficient running of production. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have a willingness to learn and improve. The goal is to ensure that production procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

Essential Skills

Proven experience as a machine operator.

Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.).

Understanding of production procedures.

Attention to detail.

Teamwork and communication skills.

Physical stamina and strength.

High school diploma or equivalent.

6 months+ working with a punch press.

Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Ability to perform simple math.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-temperature controlled, with bay doors open in summer and fans running constantly. It is fairly clean but louder in some areas, for which we provide ear and eye protection.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waconia, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.92 - $23.92/hr.
