We are seeking a Security Account Manager to lead and oversee security operations for a key client in Memphis, TN. As the Security Account Manager will liaise with client representatives to measure contract KPIs and key long-term initiatives, mentor subordinate managers, and ensure compliance with financial performance projections. You will manage the security services and related operations provided to the assigned account including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, and supervision.
The Security Account Manager will meet or exceed all established operations goals to ensure contract compliance while ensuring all company processes are followed. Retaining and developing successful employees through proper training will also be a part of this person's responsibility.

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $49,000-$51,000, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Strategic Vision and Business Operations Goals
Establish and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational goals aligned with the overall contract business plan.
Deliver consistent progress updates to senior leadership through Salesforce reports, key metrics, and other reporting tools.
Analyze and act on relevant performance and operational reports to drive improvements in efficiency and productivity.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to support enterprise-level business goals.
Actively participate in strategic initiatives, including company and client programs, committees, and task forces.
Provide leadership, oversight, and strategic guidance to direct reports to ensure operational and organizational goals are met.
Performance Management
Lead the recruitment, hiring, and retention of top-tier operations professionals, emphasizing coaching and performance management.
Set clear, measurable performance objectives for security teams, monitoring progress regularly.
Ensure timely and effective performance reviews, development plans, and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming staff.
Enforce consistent completion of all performance management processes for direct reports.
Training & Development
Identify skills gaps and performance development opportunities across teams and implement targeted solutions.
Ensure 100% compliance with required training initiatives, with a strong focus on professional growth and development.
Oversee the design and implementation of customized training programs for operational excellence.
Facilitate routine staff meetings to discuss strategy, celebrate accomplishments, and share best practices.
Stay abreast of industry standards, emerging risks, technologies, and security issues, and communicate proactive strategies to management.
Customer Service
Drive exceptional client satisfaction through proactive, high-touch customer engagement.
Model and promote interdepartmental collaboration to resolve customer service challenges effectively and promptly.
Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, competitive positioning, and demographic insights to inform strategic operational and customer service decisions.
Other responsibilities:
Manage daily Security Officer operational staffing requirements and administrative functions, meeting business goals and objectives for assigned locations
Conduct quality assurance inspections, monitor, and manage the Security Officers at the assigned client sites.
Ensure subordinate supervisors understand and deliver orders, ensure sufficient resources are available to support and/or establish posts in a timely fashion, and are appropriately filled according to contract requirements and post orders
Serve as Securitas's contract liaison with client representatives to ensure delivery of the highest quality of service within a limited turnaround time
Oversee the training and operational employment of Field Supervisors and Security Officers
Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training are being always met
Keep the District Manager apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating the status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner
Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional-level experience required; security industry experience preferred
Scheduling or operations experience in security industry a plus
Valid state driver's license with clean record (no points in 3 years)
Strong initiative; able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent customer service skills; able to de-escalate issues professionally
Clear verbal and written communication; able to write concise reports
Technologically proficient; strong in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, HRIS, web-based platforms
Professional and articulate; uses sound judgment and discretion
Able to enforce policies and procedures fairly and consistently
Experience hiring, developing, and retaining quality staff
Team player with ability to engage at all organizational levels
