Pay Rate: $21.50 / hour

Duties:

The Warehouse Fulfillment Team Lead oversees a team of warehouse associates to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Position Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.

Assign tasks and monitor team performance to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures and safety standards.

Ensure inventory is properly stored, tracked, and rotated.

Conduct regular equipment and safety checks; report issues to management.

Collaborate with other departments, leads and management.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Prepare reports on team performance, inventory levels, and fulfillment metrics as requested.

Ability to work overtime as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

1+ years of experience in warehouse operations

Familiarity with warehouse management systems

Strong communication and team-building skills

Equipment operation experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

Work Location: Radial, Avon, IN 46123.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.50 - $21.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
