The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities. This role ensures that guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities: {#key-responsibilities data-start="488" end="519"}
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
Replenish room amenities, including soaps, shampoos, and refreshments.
Dispose of trash and empty wastebaskets in guest rooms and public areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Ensure lost and found items are properly logged and stored.
Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
Assist with laundry duties as needed.

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
