Position Specific Description

The Executive Administrative Assistant position is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our Executives in our Power Generation Division. This role demands proactive management of complex calendars, coordination of large-scale meetings and events, preparation of executive-level presentations, and engaging communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing shifting priorities with organizational agility, and exhibits a forward-thinking, solution-oriented mindset. They will collaborate closely with administrative peers, offer support to other executives when necessary, and demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and independent judgment. Candidates are encouraged to bring their interest in professional growth to this role, leveraging strong organizational skills and adaptability to anticipate and respond to evolving needs. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, further supporting the candidate's readiness for broader business exposure and development within this dynamic setting.

Job Overview

This job provides secretarial and administrative support directly to executives. Employees in this role exercise confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail

Manages schedules, appointments and calendars

Arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements and processes expense reports

Maintains strict confidentiality and effectively and willingly adjusts to changes in priority and direction

Performs other job-related duties as assigned
