Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across departments or teams.

Communication Tasks: Translate documents and correspondence between [Language 1] and [Language 2], both written and verbal, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Data Management: Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems to ensure organization and accessibility.

Customer Service: Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing exceptional service to internal staff and external clients in both languages.

Document Preparation: Prepare memos, reports, spreadsheets, and meeting agendas, ensuring all materials are professional and error-free.

Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing company events, training sessions, and travel arrangements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluency in [Insert Languages], including translation and interpretation capabilities (written and verbal).
