ASRC Federal is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to support a DoDEA client at Peachtree City, GA. (with remote/hybrid flexibility as permitted)

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide critical administrative support to the Infrastructure Programs branch leadership within the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) IT Division. This role will focus on coordinating meetings, supporting hiring and onboarding processes, and managing documentation in a high-paced IT environment, ensuring efficient and organized operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to DoDEA's Infrastructure Programs branch leadership, supporting up to 200 full-time IT employees.

Schedule, coordinate, and attend meetings; prepare and maintain accurate meeting minutes.

Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates for open positions as requested by leadership.

Support onboarding of new employees by tracking and managing the completion and submission of required paperwork.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of written IT standards, policies, procedures, and a centralized document library.

Ensure all documentation is error-free, properly formatted, and stored in the appropriate location.

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and communication follow-ups.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a Federal or DoD environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a SECRET or Interim SECRET clearance.
