Account Managers are responsible for the complete management of the relationship between our client and their Registry clients for execution of proxy jobs in relation to shareholder communications . For instant consideration of this Account Manager role, apply now!

Responsibilities for this Account Manager role include:

Coordinate the production of print and mail requirements for the Proxy product

Coordinates with internal resources (Design, Programming, Production Control, Warehouse) and external departments

Liaises with Relationship Managers/Client Service Associates to determine job specifications/ requirements through to output/print

Ensure smooth running of all customer requirements by providing complete, professional and accurate job information through proprietary systems.

Qualifications for Account Manager roles include:

Bachelor's Degree required

Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Mail/Print and Proxy knowledge/ experience is a plus
