Description We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Plymouth, California. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of marketing, administrative, and event-related activities. Responsibilities:
Provide timely responses to inquiries and offer support to team members in communication-related tasks.
Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including both digital and traditional channels.
Design promotional materials such as flyers and social media posts using tools like Canva.
Manage Mailchimp campaigns by drafting, scheduling, and analyzing performance metrics.
Update and maintain website content using WordPress, specifically working with the Avada theme.
Develop and implement QR codes for marketing and promotional purposes.
Create surveys using SurveyMonkey to gather feedback and insights for events and campaigns.
Coordinate event logistics, including uploading event details to online platforms and ensuring effective digital promotion.
Support event operations by providing flexible hours during peak periods and managing onsite tasks as needed. Requirements - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience with WordPress, including familiarity with the Avada theme.
Ability to efficiently use QR code generators and survey platforms like SurveyMonkey.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in event planning or willingness to learn and support event logistics.
Familiarity with Mailchimp for email marketing and campaign tracking.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Facebook Insights.
