Studio Maintenance: Keep the studio tidy and safe, including daily cleaning of workspaces, tools, and equipment. Manage inventory and restock materials such as clay, glazes, and tools. Ensure studio equipment is operational and well-maintained. Manage class schedules and registrations. Assist with clay preparation and glaze mixing. Participate in studio production tasks for events. Assist in organizing and running studio events such as exhibitions and community outreach programs. Handle phone calls and class scheduling. Assist with creating and distributing studio marketing materials. No specific educational background required. Willingness to learn about ceramics processes and studio operations. Strong organizational and customer service skills. Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
