Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining employee records and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. You will be responsible for tracking time sheets, preparing payroll, and supporting onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Keep track of time sheets and make corrections if needed.

Input hours for employees who are traveling.

Maintain a basic understanding of FMLA and HR laws.

Prepare payroll without conducting it.

Onboard new employees and assist with their orientation.

Support employee relations and maintain records of actions.

Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Experience in payroll processing and data entry.

Strong administrative support and record-keeping abilities.

Detail-oriented with experience in employee-related conversations.

Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
