As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol - Overnight Shift in Milpitas, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a sense of order, while your strong communication and customer service skills support positive interactions. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in all security-related matters.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Day Time

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

Maintain a visible presence in public areas to assist guests and support hotel operations.

Document and report any security-related incidents or concerns according to site protocols.

Collaborate with hotel staff to address guest concerns and support a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

CA Guard Card is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.

Licensing requirements are subject to state or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
