Robert Half is excited to partner with an esteemed boutique law firm dedicated to advocating for high-profile talent in protecting and defending their name, image, likeness (NIL), brand, copyright, and other intellectual property rights. We are searching for an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support their litigation team. This fully remote position offers flexibility in terms of location; however, the candidate must be able to work within East Coast business hours.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you'll play a key role in supporting all phases of complex federal court litigation while ensuring the smooth execution of trial preparation. Core responsibilities include:

Supporting federal court litigation, including preparation for trials and hearings.

Managing the discovery process, including coordinating document production, drafting discovery responses, and assisting with depositions.

Drafting and editing motions based on templates with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Conducting legal research, summarizing cases, and preparing memos as needed.

Organizing and maintaining litigation files, including electronic document management.

Preparing exhibits, evidence, and other materials for court proceedings.

Liaising with attorneys, clients, and other parties to ensure that case requirements and deadlines are met.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years as a litigation paralegal with a strong background in federal court cases.

Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge of trial preparation, the discovery process, and drafting a variety of legal documents such as motions and pleadings.

Technology Skills: Proficiency with legal technology tools (e.g., e-discovery platforms, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite).

Remote-Readiness: Comfortable with remote work environments while maintaining strong communication and collaboration skills.

Time Zone Flexibility: Must be available to work during standard East Coast business hours.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
