Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in National City, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations, ensuring accurate data management, and facilitating smooth communication across the company. This position offers a flexible work environment with the majority of tasks being performed remotely.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize company files and data using OneDrive and SharePoint.

Generate and distribute accurate reports throughout the organization.

Perform data entry tasks, including labeling, categorizing, and managing budgets.

Input data manually into Excel and assist with cost-per-square-foot calculations.

Transfer information from Excel spreadsheets into Studio Designer software.

Match invoices with corresponding items and ensure proper documentation.

Support purchasing activities by meticulously entering relevant data.

Communicate effectively with team members to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Schedule appointments and manage email correspondence efficiently.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to complete administrative tasks. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Experience with data entry and strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with OneDrive, SharePoint, and Studio Designer is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle invoice matching and budget categorization accurately.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Comfort with remote work and adaptability to technology-driven processes.

Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous. TalentMatch®
